Dear New Lothrop Area Public Schools Community,

It is both a privilege and an honor to serve as the Superintendent of New Lothrop Area Public Schools. I am incredibly grateful for the trust this community has placed in me and proud to be part of a community that cares deeply about its students, its schools, and its future. New Lothrop is a special place, and I am continually inspired by the dedication of our staff, the support of our families, and the pride our community has in its schools. I am thankful for the opportunity to serve alongside so many people who are committed to making a difference in the lives of our students.

At the heart of my educational philosophy is the belief that every student deserves to be known, valued, challenged, and inspired. Meaningful relationships with our students, staff, families, and community create the foundation for learning and growth. Providing engaging learning opportunities that challenge students to think deeply, discover their interests, develop their talents, and reach their potential are core to our focus as a school system. Just as importantly, I believe we have a responsibility to help students develop the character, confidence, integrity, and resilience they need to be successful in life.

Our vision of Educating, Empowering, and Inspiring Students for Lifelong Success reminds us that our work is about more than preparing students for the next grade or the next chapter. It is about helping them become lifelong learners, responsible citizens, and people who make a positive difference in the world around them.

I am proud to serve the students, staff, families, and community of New Lothrop Area Public Schools, and I look forward to continuing our work together to make a difference in the lives of our students and build an even stronger future for our school district.
